Description

Stop losing track of where you applied, who you spoke to and when to follow up. The Job Search Tracker keeps every application, interview, contact and offer in one tidy spreadsheet, with a live dashboard that shows what's actually working.

What's inside: 6 connected tabs

• Dashboard: applications sent, active pipeline, response rate, interview rate, offers, overdue follow-ups, interviews in the next 7 days and progress against your weekly goal. Also has a status chart, a 12-week activity chart and a "which sources work best?" table.
• Applications: one row per job (room for 300). Pick status, source, work mode and priority from dropdowns. The next follow-up date and an Overdue / Due soon flag calculate themselves, and closed jobs turn grey.
• Interviews: log every round (200 rows). Enter the job's ID and the company and role fill in. Track prep, thank-you notes and outcomes. A missing thank-you after an interview is highlighted.
• Contacts: recruiters, referrals and networking contacts, with next-contact reminders.
• Offer Compare: up to 5 offers side by side, with total yearly compensation, your own weighted scores (growth, culture, work–life balance and more) and an automatic ranking.
• Settings: your name, weekly goal, follow-up timing and fully editable dropdown lists.
